Make a weekend of Sonoma Soul Fest with a VIP experience designed around great music, exceptional wine, and time to connect. Your weekend begins with Friday night’s performance, continues with a choice of Saturday winery excursions and a second night of music, then closes with an intimate terrace brunch alongside select festival artists.

Your weekend at a glance

Friday | Arrive and settle in

Check in, take in Healdsburg, enjoy the welcome reception and let us handle the ride to the venue for the first night of Sonoma Soul Fest. After the music, transportation will return guests to their festival hotel.

Saturday | Choose your wine country afternoon

Explore Sonoma County with a hosted winery excursion. Choose the time that suits you:

  • Late morning tour: 11 a.m.–2 p.m.

  • Afternoon tour: 1–4 p.m.

Transportation will pick you up at your festival hotel, take you to the winery experience, and bring you back afterward. In the evening, we’ll return to the venue for the festival’s second night of live music, with hotel transportation provided in both directions.

Winery destinations and tasting details will be announced as plans are confirmed.

Sunday | Terrace artist brunch

Slow down and savor one last gathering over brunch. We’re planning a terrace experience with select Sonoma Soul Fest artists joining guests for conversation and a meet and greet. The proposed location is The Madrona, with Appellation Healdsburg also under consideration.

Stay for the full experience

Appellation Healdsburg is the proposed main festival hotel. The Madrona is the proposed VIP hotel for guests seeking a more intimate stay. Hotel reservations, room rates, and booking instructions will be shared once arrangements are confirmed.
